4. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that all information provided to us through this website, over the phone, or by email in relation to enquiries, quotations, or bookings is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes contact details, property address, and any relevant information about the existing installation or site conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that safe and reasonable access to the property is available for our engineers at the agreed dates and times, including access to parking, plant rooms, loft spaces, and any areas where plumbing, heating, or air-conditioning equipment is located. You must also ensure that the working environment is safe and complies with applicable health and safety requirements.

Any delays, additional visits, or costs arising from incomplete, inaccurate information or lack of access may be chargeable.

5. Quotations and Agreements

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of preparation and are subject to revision following an onsite inspection or if additional requirements, variations, or unforeseen site conditions are identified.

Service agreements are confirmed only upon your written acceptance of our quotation, scope of works, or order confirmation, and upon scheduling of the works by mutual agreement. We reserve the right to decline a project or job at our discretion prior to formal acceptance and scheduling.

Any changes requested by you after acceptance, including alterations to the scope, materials, or timing, may result in revised pricing and updated timeframes, which will be communicated for approval before proceeding.

6. Payments and Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due on completion of the job or in accordance with the payment schedule set out in our quotation or agreement. For larger projects, staged or deposit payments may be required and will be clearly outlined in advance.

Invoices will specify all charges for labour, parts, and callouts, together with any applicable taxes or statutory charges. You agree to pay all invoices in full by the stated due date using one of the accepted payment methods communicated by us.

We reserve the right to charge interest and reasonable administration fees on overdue amounts, and to suspend or withhold further services until outstanding balances have been settled.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, survey, or booked work in order to avoid potential charges. Short-notice cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in callout or cancellation fees to cover allocated engineer time and associated costs.

Emergency callouts may be subject to separate terms due to the urgent and time-sensitive nature of the service. Any such terms, including callout charges and minimum fees, will be communicated clearly prior to dispatch of an engineer.

In the rare event that we need to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and arrange an alternative date and time.

8. Liability and Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship and supplied parts in line with statutory requirements and applicable manufacturer warranties. Details of specific warranty periods or conditions for your installation or repair will be provided on request or set out in your documentation.

We are not liable for pre-existing issues, defects, or non-compliance in your existing systems, pipework, or installations, nor for faults arising from misuse, lack of maintenance, interference by third parties, or client-supplied materials and equipment. Where we agree to install or work with fixtures, fittings, or appliances supplied by you, responsibility for their quality, suitability, and compliance remains with you.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Emergency Repairs

Emergency response timing is subject to engineer availability, location, traffic, weather, and prevailing operational conditions. While we will always endeavour to respond as quickly as reasonably possible, specific arrival times for emergency callouts cannot be guaranteed.

Charges for emergency callouts, including any minimum fees or out-of-hours rates, will be communicated to you prior to dispatch of an engineer wherever practicable. By confirming an emergency visit, you accept responsibility for these charges even if a temporary or partial repair is the only safe or appropriate solution at the time of attendance.
